Being visually impaired and a mother

Being visually impaired and a mother

Being a visually impaired mother is challenging! Everyday a new obstacle rises. About 3 years ago my reality was altered by my declining eye sight. I was going through severe depression, over thinking, and anxiety. Fear of the unknown out come of my illness IIH(idiopathic intracranial hypertension) plagued me like a dark cloud. I embarked on a journey to heal myself the natural way. Everyday i practice positive self talk, meditating, praying, using these amazing products, and being intentional with my words. Through these consistent practices I begun to heal! I strive to show my children and the rest of the world how powerful your mind really is. My illness does not define who i am or what i can do! By showing myself love, gratitude, and care I am healing from suppressed trauma on the inside so that my outside will reflect the changes. Anything is possible! Dare to believe! Enjoy body therapy and come heal with me!
